• Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Cost-effective for bulk orders. Typical transit time: 15–45 days depending on destination
• Air Freight: For time-sensitive shipments. Typical transit time: 3–10 days
• Multimodal Transport: Combined sea and land routing for landlocked destinations

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on product category, order volume, destination country, and customs clearance procedures. Estimated timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation and may be subject to:

• Port congestion or weather-related delays
• Customs inspection and clearance at destination
• Public holidays in origin or destination countries
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Packaging Standards

All products are packaged according to international export standards. We use food-grade, moisture-proof, and tamper-evident packaging materials appropriate to each product category. Custom packaging and labeling services are available for private label orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on INCOTERMS agreed upon at the time of contract (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.). Detailed freight quotations are provided as part of our proforma invoice.
